Serves 8 – 10
Cheesy Cheese Ball
1 – 8 ounce block cream cheese 10 ounce finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoon Zesty Southwest Dip mix 1/8 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
1 cup crushed pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans. Refrigerate for one hour until firm enough to form into a ball. Roll cheese ball into pecans until completely covered. Serve with Buttery Crackers or Baguettes
Notes: Try topping a cracker and sliced Summer Sausage with the cheese ball mixture.
Makes a creamy and flavorful alternative to sliced cheese.
