Cranberry Chutney Wheel of Brie
1 – 14 ounce wheel of brie cheese
1 puff pastry shell or crescent roll dough
egg wash: 1 egg & 1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 500. Place wheel of brie in center of dough and being pulling dough to center of wheel, pinching in center to completely enclose. Brush with egg wash. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour chutney over wheel and serve.
